Addiction Treatment Systems is looking to fill a position for a Full Time Counselor at our Annapolis location, New Journey and at our Brooklyn location, Starting Point. We are a growing outpatient methadone/buprenorphine clinic in Anne Arundel County, MD that has been providing comprehensive care to Anne Arundel County and its surrounding areas since 2012. Addiction Treatment Systems is looking for a full time Addiction Counselor to join our tight knit team.
Schedule
Monday-Friday 5:15am - 1:30pm
Occasional Saturdays 6:45am - 11:00am
Responsibilities and Duties
Intakes new clients completing bio psycho-social
Formulates individualized treatment plans with clients
Direct client service including individual, group, and/or family counseling
Participates in individual/group supervision
Attends treatment team and in-service training meeting
Answer phones/Computerized Documentation
Education Requirements:
Must hold at minimum a Trainee status or higher with the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors.
