The Certified Peer Recovery Specialist – Family is a Maryland Addiction Behavioral-health Professional Certification Board Endorsement. This CPRS endorsement allows for individuals who possess an active CPRS certification to participate in additional training course to expand their knowledge base and work specifically with Peers and their respective family members. CPRS will be required to obtain an additional 21 hours of education related to Advocacy, Ethical Responsibility, Mentoring/Education and Recovery Wellness Domains.
