As recovery coaching grows as a profession, recovery coaches are being placed in a wide variety of
settings. While this expansion is exciting, it also means coaches are often supervised by individuals who
may not fully understand the unique nature of the role. Traditional peer supervision models frequently
fall short of aligning with the principles of recovery coaching. That’s where Coachervision© Recovery
Coach Supervision Training comes in. Based on the concept of “coaching coaches,” this innovative
workshop provides participants with the knowledge, tools, and structure to support recovery coaches
day-to-day while also helping them thrive long-term.
