This training will allow participants to beware of their own biases when engaging with peers and colleagues, and will give them the skills to engage with understanding and empathy, rather than judgment or jumping to conclusions.  Objective: Participants will be able to:·Define Cultural Sensitivity Understand the importance of Cultural Sensitivity in their role· Understand and check their own biases ·Work on developing cultural competency skills.
