Santé is seeking a Full-Time Program Manager to join our team in Silver Spring, MD! As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for daily operations and activities of the Silver Spring Wellness & Recovery Center and supervision of one staff member.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

Maintain safe, supportive, and friendly environment for attendees and staff.
Ensure all provided services meet outlined contract objectives.
Coordinate staff schedule and coverage to correspond with center needs.
Solicit feedback from consumers and stakeholders to incorporate into center operations and upcoming events.
Maintain required records regarding utilization, including but not limited to number of participants and members, and other demographic data.
Produce required reports for Program Director, Leadership Team, or request of the agency.
Create and distribute marketing materials, including event calendar and newsletters.
Report any facility concerns to appropriate personnel.
Purchase supplies and equipment as needed and maintain petty cash.

Qualifications

What We Require:

High School Diploma or equivalent and three (3) years of related experience.
Peer Recovery Specialist Certification (CPRS).
At least two (2) years in full recovery from substance abuse or mental illness and five (5) years of lived experience.
Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance.
