The EmpowerPath Peer Leadership Intensive is a two-day, workforce-focused training designed to strengthen the professional skills and ethical practice of Peer Support Specialists. This training emphasizes real-world application of peer competencies within treatment, community, and recovery support settings. Participants will build practical skills in ethical responsibility, advocacy, mentoring and education, and recovery and wellness, with a strong focus on role clarity, professional boundaries, communication, and leadership within multidisciplinary teams. The course is structured to support peers in navigating workplace expectations, applying peer values in professional environments, and maintaining accountability while supporting others in recovery.
