Group Facilitation Skills for Behavioral Interventions is a 1-day course that provides tools, techniques and principles for effective group-level facilitation. The course helps facilitators to clarify the roles and responsibilities of the facilitator, differentiate counterparts like trainer, consultant, etc., establish capability requirements of a facilitator, and develop communication skills intended for group-level facilitation. The training is highly interactive, using a model and practice approach to impart knowledge and enhance skills. This training module is the second required training in the Sexual Health in Recovery Facilitator Certification course.
