The Maryland Harm Reduction Training Institute along with Voices of  Hope will facilitate a 2-hour conversation
about harm reduction services in Cecil County and the state of Maryland. The workshop
will be an interactive overview of harm reduction principals, stigma, and engagement.
There will be space provided for facilitated discussion on harm reduction topics i.e.
secondary exchange and other challenges affecting service delivery. Participants will be
encouraged to ask questions and generate leads for other harm reduction
conversations.
