With the upcoming launch of the ECHO cohort for peer recovery specialists, the Maryland Addiction Consultation Service (MACS) is hosting a webinar for peer recovery specialists to learn more about the ECHO model and how it supports community learning, linkage to supports, and ways to educate through shared experience. The webinar titled Experience to Impact: Peer Recovery ECHO Introduction will support learners by (1) defining the ECHO model and explain how it supports SUD treatment and recovery services, (2) understanding the role of peer recovery specialists within an ECHO community (case presentations, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration), and (3) understanding confidentiality and ethnical considerations when engaging in ECHO sessions.
