Please advise that the post-test and survey are taken in the Connect portal which is the National Council's platform. Participants will log into the portal to complete post-work. The system will not allow me to download the post-work (survey and quiz) on its own without answers from a previous training which is a report I pulled. Attached are the post-test and survey from a previous training which shows the test and quiz.
