In 1 WRAP training, participants will learn about the history and parts of WRAP as well as create their own Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP®). Participants will also learn about the parts of mental health recovery, the 5 Key Recovery Concepts, and the Personal Bill of Rights, all according to the Advocates For Human Potential.
Goals & Objectives

- Understand how to create and use the Wellness Toolbox
- Understand the Parts of WRAP
- Understand how to use a WRAP for oneself

- Understand the requirements to become a WRAP Facilitator

In this 3 day virtual Seminar 1 WRAP training, participants will learn about the history and parts of WRAP as well as create their own Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP®) all according to WRAP Inc.
This is split across the following 3 days from 10am - 3:30pm, in 5.5 hour segments (16.5 hours total):
Monday June 8th
Tuesday June 9th
Wednesday June 10th
Materials and Technical Expectations:
Participants will be mailed workbooks to the address provided on the registration form.
Participants must join each session from a laptop or computer from a quiet distraction-free space and have access to a working microphone and webcam.
