In 1 WRAP training, participants will learn about the history and parts of WRAP as well as create their own Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP®). Participants will also learn about the parts of mental health recovery, the 5 Key Recovery Concepts, and the Personal Bill of Rights, all according to the Advocates For Human Potential.
