This training is about breaking down what harm reduction really means and why it is important especially for people with lived experience. We'll explore how harm reduction started, the real life strategies people use, and how this approach helps reduce harm reduction without judgement or shame. We'll also talk honestly about the benefits and challenges of doing this work and how harm reduction is being used arount the world.
