This 2-hour interactive training introduces participants to the concept of unconscious (or implicit) bias as those automatic, unintentional judgments we all carry based on race, gender, class, culture, and other social categories. While often invisible to us, these ingrained biases can deeply influence decision-making, workplace interactions, and organizational culture in ways that unintentionally exclude or marginalize others.

Designed for staff at all levels, from HR teams and hiring managers to supervisors and frontline employees, this session explores the roots of unconscious bias, how it shows up in everyday workplace practices, and what can be done to reduce its impact. Participants will leave with greater self-awareness, practical tools for identifying bias, and strategies to foster a more equitable and inclusive work environment.
