The Beyond Limits Installation is a 5-module training curriculum designed to transform institutional culture by addressing emotional disconnection and bias in the workplace and on campus, thus creating a kinder, more connected community. It equips professionals with tools rooted in neuroscience, lived experience, and emotional intelligence to help build more compassionate, inclusive environments. Beyond Limits is rooted in research and evidence-based practices yet is innovative and uniquely its own, incorporating vulnerability through personal experience, with a goal of enhancing connection and retention of the material along the way. The innovative blueprint asks individuals to go back, reflect and seek an understanding not only of others, but of themselves in order to create a stronger foundation for interpersonal relationships that transcend the walls of the institution they embarked in. Safe and judgement free comes from relatability, & kinder culture becomes a byproduct of the ripple effect of awareness within, without judgement throughout the journey of understanding ourselves and others.

• Identify and better understand our own identities and how they may conflict with others
• Reflect on how we can better communicate through understanding potential hiccups that may arise due to our own personal biases
• Learn tools to step back and emotionally and constructively detach during tense conversations with those in our lives professionally and personally
• Provide strategies to regulate and release emotional pain from those that have harmed us in the past through perception and awareness
