Peer Elite: LGBTQ Inclusion

Peer Elite is a monthly education program for Peer Supporters and Supervisors. This program delivers training material for recertification and workforce development. 

LGBTQ Inclusion Training is designed to foster an inclusive, supportive, and respectful environment for all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. Through a series of interactive modules, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ individuals and learn practical strategies to promote inclusivity within their organizations and communities.
