There has been a gradual paradigm shift in the way that addiction recovery is viewed over time. This shift requires a new way to measure recovery and support people in living their best lives. Recovery Capital is the tool that we use to guide us in doing that.  This two-session workshop (60 minutes per session ) supports peers in:

• Understanding what Recovery Capital is
• Providing options for measuring and increasing recoverees Recovery Capital
• Using Recovery Capital planning to meet recoverees where they are
• Guiding recoverees through the stages of change from precontemplation to maintenance.
