Recovery Coaching and Professionalism is a training that is designed to help recovery coaches get hired in areas that demonstrate their professional abilities to be skilled coaches. In this training recovery coaches will learn how to be active listeners, while asking good questions, and managing their own stuff. Recovery coaches will be able to become employed at more professional settings, such as hospitals, police stations, and court systems. While understanding specific role, accountability within their scope of roles, maintain good boundaries , and being able to demonstrate newly acquired skills while maintaining their craft.
