Overview

project: liberation Social Justice, Harm Reduction, and Peer Recovery Training

During this 24-hour course, participants will deepen their skills in connecting with self, other peers, and the peer recovery community. The focus of this training is for peers that are interested serving in marginalized and disenfranchised communities. This cohort specifically focuses on issues of accessibility, inclusion, neurodivergence, complex trauma and the LGBTQIA queer, non-binary, and trans communities. Attention will be spent on how to engage and create safe and brave spaces for those from marginalized communities. 

FOR: Anyone interested in deepening their cultural competencies in the peer recovery network.
